Absolutely the worst purchasing experience of ANY kind from bubble gum to a new car I've ever had!!
Purchased an iPod from them.
Arrived DOA.
Won't swap it or replace it.
Went back and forth arguing that with them about that, and finally got a person to say they would swap it for me, but then changed their minds.
Wasted 6 days arguing, nicely and rudely.
Told to call Apple and have them repair it for me
Basically, I paid a new price for a unit that will be refurbished when I actually get to use it.

Scam artists, as the other ratings here will tell you.
Don't buy anything from them or their mother company pcmall.
Let them both go out of business.
Besides, Apple controls the prices, so you can get everything at a local retailer for the same price anyway (if you still trust anything related to apple... but I don't).

PS - Real quote from their "Warranty Disclamer" section of my packing slip (never saw this on the website though).
"All merchandise is sole 'AS IS'"
Ha!!! That's funny... :-)!! Almost like buying things from the trunk of a car.
